This canned fish substitute has a delectable taste and excellent nutritional value with 17% protein and only 0,2% fat content. To make the ‘tuna’, we infuse the Plenti® ProFiber™ with flavoring and color during the sterilization process. The protein fibers keep their form and bite during the high temperatures. A perfect example of a plant-based product with a long shelf life and can also be made with common production methods and machines for the meat and fish industry.
